British Engineering Excellence Awards 2020 Shortlist Announcement!
Socionext Europe GmbH is pleased to announce that it has made it to the shortlist for the British Engineering Excellence Awards in the Electronic Product of the Year Category with our SC1701 Smart Display Controller.
The shortlisted companies will now be scrutinised by a panel of expert judges and the winners will be revealed during BEEAs week a special week-long programme of virtual festivities from 22nd – 26th March 2021.
Our SC1701 Smart Display Controller combines the most innovative technology with the highest possible flexibility in a commercially attractive package to set a trend in the automotive display controller market.
This third-generation fully integrated smart display controller is a complete safety concept designed to support ASIL-B display applications:
- integrated high-speed APIX3 video link up to 12Gbps
- 2D graphics engine combined with a window-based signature unit to monitor video content at all times
- a flexible display timing controller to drive up to 4K panels or two F-HD panels independently.
This combination is unique in the automotive market, which is why we have been shortlisted for an Award.
